Landvora specializes in legal advisory services tailored for real estate agents. Advice may include contract review, compliance guidance, and negotiation support specific to real estate matters.

3. Info Products

Landvora offers digital materials such as guides, templates, and recorded workshops. Access is granted upon purchase and facilitated through download links or member portals.

4. Goods

Landvora may offer physical items including printed manuals or branded merchandise. Delivery options and timelines are provided at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, info products, and goods are displayed in the checkout process. Payment is due at the time of purchase via available methods. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of access.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Advisory Services

Clients may request rescheduling of advisory sessions at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Fees for sessions rescheduled in this timeframe are applied as credit toward a future session. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund due to preparation and allocation of resources. All sessions rendered are final and not subject to refund given their bespoke nature.

6.2 Info Products

Digital materials are accessible immediately upon purchase. If a defect is identified, you may request a refund no later than 7 days from the date of access. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days through the original payment method.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fees for shipment back are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days through the original payment method.

7. Modifications and Scheduling Adjustments

Landvora reserves the right to modify service schedules or availability. In such cases, clients may accept a proposed new schedule or request a refund in accordance with the policies above.
